ABSTRACT: The impact of early childhood education on numeracy skills is critical for understanding how early educational experiences shape children's mathematical abilities. This study examines how early childhood education programs influence the development of numeracy skills. The objectives are to (1) assess improvements in children's numeracy skills, (2) evaluate the integration of numeracy activities in early childhood education curricula, and (3) examine changes in mathematical problem-solving and academic performance. A survey design is employed to gather comprehensive data on the impacts of early childhood education on numeracy skills. A purposive sample of 110 children  from preschools in Oyo State was used. The case study focuses on a preschool known for its numeracy-focused curriculum. Findings revealed significant improvements in children's numeracy skills, the effectiveness of integrating numeracy activities into the curriculum, and positive changes in mathematical problem-solving and academic performance. Recommendations included embedding comprehensive numeracy activities into early childhood curricula and providing ongoing professional development for educators to enhance children's numeracy skills.
